The work in the vineyard is based primarily on the absence of herbicides and the work of the soil (ploughing). It is carried out by the team of the château.
The work on the vine concerns the different stages of the vegetative cycle, from pruning to harvest, including disbudding, leaf removal, green harvesting, etc…
The vineyard’s grape varieties are 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc.
The average age of the vines is 25 years, the oldest being over 50 years old.
